¿Did you know that you can vote in the 2023 municipal elections?

To be able to vote you must be registered in the electoral register. If you did it in previous elections, you do not need to do this process.

  • If you have received a letter, fill out the application and send it by post (no stamp needed)
  • If you have not received a letter from the electoral register, read below

The information below interests you if you are citizen of the European Union or citizen of the Cape Verde, Korea, Iceland, Norway, New Zealand, United Kingdom and Trinidad and Tobago

If you are citizen of the European Union:

You can do it from now until January 30th, 2023.

 

How do you have to do it?

-You can make an appointment in advance at the town hall (https://citaprevia.castelldefels.org/castelldefels/#nbb

-You can go to the Citizen Service Office (C/Arcadi Balaguer, 29):

From Monday to Friday: from 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday: from 4:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.

Easter, Christmas, July and August: Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.


Requirements:

  • You must be 18 or older
  • You must be registered in the municipal register

Reminder: if you need help, you can send us a message on 722 14 24 77 or come to our premises at Carrer Església, 66. We are there every day from 10am to 2pm and from Monday to Thursday from 5pm to 7pm.

Political participation is a citizen’s right and, therefore, the right to vote is a universal right. The person who lives in a city is part of it, and has the right to decide on its own future.

That is why at Movem En Comú Podem we are launching a campaign to offer information on the process to be followed by foreigners who want to exercise their right to vote in Castelldefels. 

 

If you are citizen of the Cape Verde, Korea, Iceland, Norway, New Zealand, United Kingdom and Trinidad and Tobago

You can do it from December 1st, 2022, to January 15th, 2023.
